If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
